Hello,
I currently am a Licensed Sales Producer working for a captive agent near Pittsburgh, PA. I would like to have my own agency/brokerage, but I don't really know how to go about starting it. I have my LAH and P&C licenses, but I don't have the capital to just out of nowhere go start my own agency. On top of that, I don't even know where to start planning, what companies to look into, etc.
Is there anyone that would be able to at least give me some advice, or even better, that lives somewhat close to me that would be willing to help!
Oh yes, and would partnering with an agent be wise?
